Administrative history
Property Management seems to have been created as a result of a reorganization of administrative services in 1976 that saw property management functions become the responsibility of the Assistant Vice-Rector (Administration). The section was abolished in 1983. Today, an Executive Assistant is responsible for the inventory of buildings and their contents, the acquisition, rental, and disposal of properties, reality insurance matters, municipal taxes, and related activities.

Office files which document the functions of the service. includes minutes and case files on University buildings.
