Administrative history
The Committee on the Hospital-University Relations was established on February 20, 1961, as part of an affiliation agreement between the Ottawa General Hospital and the University of Ottawa to serve as a forum for discussing questions of concern to both institutions. On November 14, 1966, the Board of Governors resolved that the Administrative Committee re-examine the mandate of the Committee. The Committee appears to have become inactive after January 10, 1968.
