Administrative history

The Executive Committee of the Board of Governors met on November 11, 1982, to establish the procedure to select a new rector. To assist the Board in the appointment of a suitable candidate, a selection committee was created in July of 1983. The Committee was abolished on April 24, 1984, with Antoine d'Iorio being proposed to succeed Father Roger Guindon as Rector of the University.

Minutes of the special meetings of the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors (1982-1983) and of the Comité de sélection d'un recteur (1983-1984).
